Doc Griffith has a new clinical home…
We are pleased to welcome Doc Griffith to the Heart of Wellness Team. Dr Griffith has been a stalwart of the local naturopathic and integrative medicine community for decades. He is beloved by his patients and admired by his peers. We are honored that Tom has chosen Heart of Wellness as his new clinical home.
We are now scheduling appointments with Doc Griffith for visits starting May 1st.

Dr Griffith will continue to be in-network with almost all of the plans that he is currently in-network with. This includes Regence, Uniform, Premera, First Choice, Providence, HMA, LifeWise, and FEP Blue. His cash pay rates will be very similar to what they are currently. One major difference that sets Heart of Wellness apart is that we have implemented a membership model that allows us to stay in business in these challenging times without compromising on the level of care we provide. This membership does not change how you pay for your visits (insurance or cash). However it does involve a small yearly membership fee that helps keep us in business and that pays for coaching and education that extends and expands on the care that is offered in clinician visits.
Membership is required of all patients, but as a courtesy to Dr Griffith we are extending 1 full year of membership FREE to all of his patients.
After the first year the membership fee is only $100/YEAR for individuals, $150/YEAR for couples and $130-180/YEAR for families.
