Nadya A. Rubinstein, ND

Dr. Nadya Assaf Rubinstein grew up in Southern California, attending Mount Saint Mary’s College where she received her bachelor’s degree in biology and minor in chemistry. She completed her master’s in human development, specializing in lactation consulting from Pacific Oaks College. From there she attended Bastyr University where she received her doctoral degree in Naturopathic Medicine in 2009 and a certificate in Midwifery in 2012. Dr. Rubinstein has been working with pediatrics, women’s health, environmental medicine and adjunctive cancer care.

Additionally, she works with both men and women to address issues of the pelvic floor including pain, incontinence, and other issues of the pelvis. She also offers craniosacral to all ages. This technique is very gentle and effective in assisting with many types of issues.

She is a published writer, teacher and mentor.

Dr. Rubinstein is happily married with three beautiful children. She enjoys dancing, crafting, gardening, learning new languages and traveling.
