For any busy person or family on a weekday morning, this is a super easy breakfast-on-the go. It also makes for a great mid-afternoon treat.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 4 frozen bananas
- 3/4 cup plant-based milk
- 1 Tbsp spirulina powder
- Optional: 2 Tbsp maple syrup
Optional Toppings (the possibilities are endless):
- Roasted almond butter
- Sliced banana
- Sliced strawberries
- Passionfruit halves
- Mixed berries
- Walnuts
- Coconut flakes
- Fresh mint leaves
- Granola
- Hemp seeds
- Chia seeds
Preparation
- Put bananas in a blender and blend on high.
- Slowly add plant-based milk.
- Add spirulina powder and blend until combined.
- Serve and enjoy!
